Coach & Mentor

Something you should know about me:

When I was a little child I told my mother: " I want to help people be happy."

I ended up going to seminary to become an Episcopal priest!

It was in an Episcopal Seminary (1957-1960) that I first was taught about what we call today as life coaching. I was a student in a pastoral care class where we were trained to ask probing questions of our parishioners to help them discover their own God-given spiritual potential as a co-creator.

In reality, this was a spiritual coaching class!

What are some of my God-given personal gifts?

I am loving, caring, giving, caring, compassionate, trusting...

never give up on people's ability to change old addictive habit patterns, and to become fully human and fully alive in Christ.

There are no impossible people!

Ordinary people can become extraordinary!

For over 50 years, I have helped people add value to their life and to maximize their God-given potential.

I never give up on people's ability to change, break old addictive habits, to become fully human, fully alive and live life to the fullest!

There are no impossible people!

Ordinary people can become extraordinary!

I am excited when I see people :

Emotionally and spiritually growing!

Free to be themselves and no longer caught up
in emotional, toxic drama!

Loving themselves as children of God who are valuable and unique
